Recently, I’ve had a couple of people ask me about what types of makeup I use and what my routine is. I’ve also been posting rave reviews on Instagram lately for Ardell’s magnetic false eyelashes (because I secretly want to be a brand representative or something), and several people have reached out to me about those too. I thought I’d make a quick, little video to run through the whole shebang.
Let me be clear: I AM NOT A MAKEUP ARTIST. I have friends who are mua’s, who are amazing at what they do (like, seriously, world class), and who I KNOW are driven absolutely crazy by these fly-by-night, Instagram “artists” who present their “tips” as gospel. That is not me. I’m just sharing what I do and what works for me right now. If you are a mua and you watch this video and notice things I could do better, I will happily accept kind-hearted constructive criticism. Below the video, I’ve also included a list of all of the products I used.
